Shipping to the United Kingdom

Parcels to UK customers are under GBP 135 in goods value, so UK VAT at 20% is due at the point of sale. Until your UK VAT number is on file we add a VAT line of 20% at checkout and account for it; nothing is collected from your customer on delivery. Send us your UK VAT registration number as soon as you have one: from then on no VAT is charged and you account for it yourself. For ongoing dropshipping to the UK we do need that number.

Yes. You can open a partner account and order from one piece without a VAT number; the 20% VAT line applies until the number is on file. There is no company registration requirement on our side either: the partner form asks for your name, email, brand and country.

For example, at the carrier rates of November 3, 2026 and a $29.99 piece: one $29.99 piece: $29.99 + $9.99 shipping + $8.00 UK VAT 20% = $47.98 delivered; 3 pieces in one parcel: $89.97 + $9.99 shipping + $19.99 UK VAT 20% = $119.95 delivered; 5 pieces in one parcel: $149.95 + $11.06 shipping + $32.20 UK VAT 20% = $193.21 delivered (no VAT line once your UK VAT number is on file). Shipping is charged on the parcel's weight with a minimum of $9.99 per order; the 20% VAT line is added until your VAT number is on file. Both are shown before you pay, and nothing is due on delivery.

Not on the tracked line: it does not carry parcels declared at GBP 135 or more. Tell us before you place an order of that size and we quote courier shipping for it together with the UK import VAT and the 2% duty, so you know the full price in advance. For dropshipping, one customer order per parcel keeps every parcel well under the limit.

We hand the parcel to the carrier within 2 to 3 business days of payment, and delivery to the United Kingdom usually takes 6 to 10 business days after dispatch. List 3 business days of handling plus 6 to 10 business days of transit. Tracking can be quiet for a few days while the parcel is in the air and in customs; that is normal.

Partner prices are in U.S. dollars and you pay in dollars by card; your bank converts. The Shopify connector loads each piece into your store at your partner cost converted to pounds at the day's rate, and you set your own retail price above it.

That is between you and your customer: orders at partner price are final sale, so the returned piece stays in your stock to resell. A piece that arrives faulty, wrong or damaged in transit is covered: tell us within 3 calendar days of delivery with photos or a video and we replace it or credit your account.

Yes. Order one piece of any style at the partner price and choose Ship to: Me at checkout; it is handled exactly like a customer order, in the same plain packaging. Orders at partner price are final sale.

No minimum: any stock style from one piece at the partner price, mixed as you like, and no contract. Opening the account costs nothing. Your account can open the price list for 3 days (72 hours) from the moment it was opened. After that, a pass keeps it open for one year: the View Pass for the price list and orders, the Access Pass adds the photos and files, the Connect Pass adds the store connector for your platform. A paid order keeps the price list open for 12 months.

Partner prices are on the price list inside the Partner Portal and are the same for every partner. Per style, with sizes of the same style counted together: 1 to 9 pieces at the partner price, 10 to 49 pieces 10% off, 50 or more pieces 20% off. Orders of $2,000 or more in goods get a further 3% off the whole order, 5% from $5,000, 8% from $10,000. The cart works all of this out before you pay.

Log in to the Partner Portal, add the piece to the cart, choose Ship to: My customer with their address, and pay at checkout by credit or debit card, Shop Pay or PayPal. We ship straight to your customer in plain packaging and send you the tracking number; the parcel is handed to the carrier within 2 to 3 business days of payment. Every order is paid before it ships; there is no credit account.

Stock pieces are 925 sterling silver, stamped S925, set with lab-created moissanite, D color, VVS clarity. Every piece with a moissanite main stone comes with a GRA certificate for the main stone, and each product page names the accent stones: moissanite, cubic zirconia (CZ) or none. White pieces are rhodium plated and gold-tone pieces are electroplated 18K yellow gold over the silver; each page shows the finish of that piece. Solid gold, lab-grown diamonds and natural diamonds are made as custom work.

Unbranded shipping is the default on every dropship order: a plain parcel with no logo, and inside no invoice, no price slip and none of our contact details, so your customer sees your brand only. Private label puts your logo on our stock boxes from one box: boxes are priced per box, plus a $49.99 logo set-up per box style and production run, and a dropship order packed in your box adds $1.99 for the packing, your card included. Packaging designed from scratch starts at 1,000 sets.

Before an Access Pass or a Connect Pass, our photos, including those on our public product pages, are not licensed for use in listings. With either pass, valid for one year, you may use our white-background product photos in your listings, on social media and in advertising, under your own product names; the on-model and lifestyle photos stay with our own store. The photos come as a download pack in the Partner Portal, with a CSV of every style and variant.

A Shopify store connects with the Connect Pass ($99.99, valid for one year): the styles you choose load into your store as drafts with photos, specifications and your partner cost, paid orders reach us on their own, the tracking number is written back to each order, and each size is marked in stock or sold out every hour. Squarespace, WooCommerce, Wix, BigCommerce and Ecwid each have their own Connect Pass at the same price, and a store you built yourself can use the Partner API. On any other platform you place each order through the Partner Portal cart and add the tracking number to your store.

Orders at partner price are final sale. If a piece arrives faulty, wrong or damaged in transit, tell us within 3 calendar days of delivery and we replace it or credit your account. If the carrier confirms a parcel lost, we send a replacement; raise it within 30 days of the ship date. A parcel that comes back for a wrong address or because nobody accepted it is shipped again at your cost.

Stock pieces carry a 90-day workmanship warranty from delivery: if a stone comes loose or the piece breaks under normal wear, we repair or replace it; plating wear, surface scratches and lost pieces are not covered. Made-to-order and personalized pieces carry a 360-day craftsmanship warranty and cannot be returned for a change of mind.

MYNSU INC is a U.S. company based in California; your contract, invoice, payment and support are with a U.S. company. Our pieces are made in Canton, China, by the workshops our family has worked with for more than twenty years; our family’s own studio in Guangdong handles sourcing, quality control and shipping, with no trading company in between. Parcels ship from our hub in Shenzhen, which is why delivery times are counted in business days after dispatch and why the import rules of United Kingdom apply to each parcel.

Every parcel is tracked door to door, and we do not sell separate shipping insurance. If the carrier confirms a parcel lost, we send a replacement; raise it within 30 days of the ship date. Transit damage: tell us within 3 calendar days of delivery with a short description and photos or a video, and we replace the piece or credit your account. If you want a particular order insured, tell us before you pay and we quote it for that order. A custom order with goods over $1,000 is the exception: it ships by express with full-value insurance, quoted for that order.

Before you pay, press Cancel order next to it on My orders and nothing is charged. After you pay, write to us with the order number before the parcel ships from Shenzhen (we ship within 2 to 3 business days of payment) and we refund it in full to the original payment method. Once it has shipped, it is final sale like every order at partner price.

Yes. The order itself is your invoice, issued by MYNSU INC in U.S. dollars, and it stays available in the Partner Portal under My orders.

For custom jewelry the moulds stay with the factory for 12 months, and a reorder of the same style within that time carries no new mould or set-up charge; moulds are not released to the client. Logo boxes carry a $49.99 set-up per style and production run, charged once per style, not per box.

Custom work starts from one piece. Ordering 30 pieces or more of a style makes it a production run, priced lower per piece, and the 30 can be a mix of sizes of that style (for example, one ring design in several sizes adding up to 30). The CAD fee is usually between $49.99 and $129.99, set by the complexity of your piece; we tell you the exact fee before we start. Up to 3 rounds of changes are included, and each further round after the third is $19.99. Renders are ready 1 to 3 days after payment; once you approve the design, a single custom piece takes about 3 to 4 weeks to make, plus shipping. A change to a stock style, such as a different plating or stone, is priced as a production run of 30 pieces of that style. If a run is delayed we tell you as soon as we know and give you the new date. Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Yes. Use your own customer-facing names and keep our SKU as the internal reference; as long as the SKU is on the order, it routes correctly on our side.

We do not send catalogs or price files by email, because a file is out of date the day it leaves: every style, size, stock status and partner price is on the price list inside the Partner Portal, with checkout on the page. The Access Pass and the Connect Pass add the CSV of every style and variant and the photo packs as downloads.

Yes, on orders of $49.99 or more (orders under $49.99 ship for $9.99). Standard shipping is then free, tracked door to door, and delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days after dispatch.

UK import VAT at 20% may be collected by the carrier before delivery, together with the carrier's handling fee. Our prices do not include UK VAT.

You may return any unworn item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. You pay the return shipping to our receiving address in Shenzhen, given with the approved return, and any import VAT paid on the order is not refunded. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, tell us within 3 calendar days of delivery and we replace it or refund it in full.

Not covered: damage from impact, water, chlorine, perfume or other chemicals, improper storage, normal surface scratches, or lost items.

You receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships. If the tracking has not updated for 5 or more business days, or the parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, write to us with your order number and we work with the carrier to resolve it.
