Partner program facts

The facts businesses ask about before working with MYNSU on wholesale or dropshipping: where we ship partner orders and how import taxes are handled, how pricing works, materials and documents, packaging, problem parcels and returns, product content and store integration, and who can register and how to pay. Prices themselves are in the MYNSU Partner Portal, after you log in.

Where we ship partner orders

• Partner orders ship within 2 to 3 business days of payment. Delivery times in the table count business days after dispatch.
• To a US address, shipping is charged on the parcel's actual weight with a minimum of $9.99 per order, plus import charges of 10% of the goods value, delivered duty paid; the portal shows both before you pay, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Orders above $1,000 of goods in one shipment are quoted by hand.
• In the table, “In the cart” means the Partner Portal shows the shipping for your address before you pay; “Quoted per order” means you place the order and we email the payment link with the exact shipping within 24 hours.

• For Brazil, partner orders ship FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou, with your forwarder handling the import.

Countries without a tracked lane: 157

For these countries and territories there is no tracked lane on our network: we can ship to a freight forwarder or parcel-forwarding address you choose (parcels leave from Guangzhou or Shenzhen, China), or quote express courier shipping for each order.

We do not ship to Belarus, mainland China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia and Syria.

How pricing works

• Opening a partner account costs nothing, and for the first 7 days the price list, quotes and orders are open. After that the price list stays open with a Partner Pass, valid for one year, or for 12 months after a paid order.
• The View Pass keeps the price list, quotes and orders open; the Access Pass adds the white-background product photos and every data file; the Connect Pass adds the Shopify store connector.
• Product prices do not include shipping; shipping and import charges are shown in the cart before you pay.
• No minimum: any style from one piece.
• Quantity pricing is built into the list, per style, with sizes of the same style counted together: 1–9 pieces at the partner price, 10–49 pieces at 10% off, 50+ pieces at 20% off. Orders of $2,000+ in goods get a further 3% off the whole order, $5,000+ 5%, $10,000+ 8%. Both are applied automatically in the cart.
• The price list is the price: the quantity tiers and the order discount are the same for every partner and are applied automatically in the cart, so we do not quote separately.
• We collect sales tax only on orders delivered in California, and not when we hold your California resale certificate (form CDTFA-230); orders delivered to other states or outside the US carry no US sales tax from us.

Materials and documents

• The stock catalog is 925 sterling silver, stamped S925, set with lab-created moissanite. Solid 10K, 14K and 18K gold, lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds and other gemstones are custom work only, made from one piece; we do not stock stainless steel pieces.
• The accent stones are named on every product page under Details & Materials as moissanite, cubic zirconia (CZ), or none. If CZ is not acceptable even in accents, choose pieces marked moissanite or none, or have a design made with moissanite in every stone, in a run of at least 30 pieces of that design.
• Stock pieces ship in the finish shown on the product page. White pieces are rhodium over a palladium base, applied as a seven-layer electroplate with a clear protective top coat. Changing the plating on a stock style is made per style in a run of at least 30 pieces and quoted per project; a single stock piece is not re-plated on its own. A written spec sheet for any SKU is available on request.
• All our pieces come with a GRA certificate, one per piece, for the main stone.
• Our factory holds a third-party lab report (REACH Annex XVII: lead, cadmium and nickel release) for a tested model; it covers that model, so we do not label pieces "nickel-free" unless a report exists for that SKU. If you want that claim for the styles you sell, we arrange independent testing at a recognized lab at your cost and the report is issued in your name.

Packaging: unbranded, private label, custom

• Blind shipping: yes, by default, on every dropship order. The parcel is plain and unbranded; there is no invoice, no price slip and none of our contact details inside, and nothing on the packaging says MYNSU. Your own cards or packing slips go in only when the order ships in your custom logo boxes.
• Private label puts your logo on one of our stock boxes: engraved on the metal plate of the box, or applied to the lid where there is no plate. It starts at 1 box, priced per box plus a logo set-up per box style (the factory's start-up charge for your logo on that style, charged once per style, not per box), ordered on the Custom & private label page of the Partner Portal. We send a mockup for your approval first, and the boxes are ready 10 to 15 days after you approve it; they are kept at our Shenzhen warehouse and used to pack your dropship orders, or shipped to you.
• Packaging designed from scratch starts at 1,000 sets and is priced per project.

Problem parcels, returns and warranty

• A wrong item, a missing piece, transit damage or a manufacturing fault: tell us within 3 calendar days of delivery, by email, through the Returns form or a message in the Partner Portal, with a short description and photos or a video, and we replace it or credit your account.
• If the carrier confirms a parcel lost, we send a replacement; raise it within 30 days of the ship date. A parcel that tracking shows as delivered counts as delivered, and a parcel that comes back for a wrong address or because nobody accepted it is shipped again at your cost. Our delivered price includes duty and import tax, so a parcel is not normally held by customs. If one is held, we provide the invoice and declaration papers to get it released, and any charge customs raises is paid by us: delivered duty paid is our promise.
• Orders at partner price are final sale: we do not take pieces back for a change of mind or because they did not sell. There is no minimum order, so you can order one piece of a style first and reorder what sells.
• A wrong size on a dropship order can be exchanged for another size of the same style, from the sizes we stock: email partners@mynsujewelry.com within 15 days of delivery for an RA number, send the piece back unworn and in its original packaging, and we ship the new size once it arrives. It is an exchange only, with no refund or credit, and shipping both ways is on you.
• Stock pieces carry a 90-day workmanship warranty from delivery: if a stone comes loose or the piece breaks under normal wear, we repair or replace it; plating wear, surface scratches and lost pieces are not covered. Made-to-order and personalized pieces carry a 360-day craftsmanship warranty.
• For a production run of 30 pieces or more, one sample is made 7 to 10 days after you approve the CAD, and the run starts only after you approve it; the cost of the sample comes with the quote. A single custom piece needs no separate sample: it is made straight from the approved design in about 3 to 4 weeks. For stock styles there is no separate sample order: order any style from one piece at the partner price to see it for yourself.

Product content and store integration

• Our product photos may be used in listings only while an Access Pass or a Connect Pass is valid, and that includes the photos on our public product pages. While the pass is valid, use the photos to sell our pieces on your own store, marketplace listings, social media and ads; the licence ends with the pass. The kit holds white-background product photos; the on-model and lifestyle photos on our site are kept for our own store and are not licensed for partner listings. List the pieces under your own product names and URLs.
• Our store connector is live for Shopify: it loads the styles you choose into your store as drafts, passes your paid orders to us automatically and writes the tracking back, and every hour sets each size to in stock or sold out. Connectors for Squarespace, WooCommerce, Wix, BigCommerce and Ecwid are built on request, each with its own Connect Pass valid for one year; ask us first about Magento, PrestaShop, Webflow, Square Online, Lightspeed and eBay. Each pass opens on your account as soon as it is paid; we then build the connector for your store, verify it step by step and keep you posted until it is live. Check the line under Needs on the Store connector page before you pay, or ask us first and we check your store with you; a pass cannot be refunded once it is paid. There is no connector for Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop or Walmart (their seller rules or delivery-time rules do not fit pieces shipped from our warehouse); partners there order through the Partner Portal and list by hand. For a store on any other platform, or one you built yourself (Base44, Lovable, Bubble, your own code, an in-house system), there is the Partner API Connect Pass, valid for one year: your own app reads our API for the price list, stock status, quotes, placing orders, and your orders with their tracking numbers. The setup steps, the OpenAPI specification and example prompts to paste into your app builder or hand to your developer are on the Partner API guide page (mynsujewelry.com/pages/partner-api); the specification downloads as soon as the pass is paid. Ordering through the Partner Portal works from day one.
• Every hour the connector sets each size in your store to in stock or sold out; quantities are not synced, and you never hold stock. If a style shows out of stock, it is not available at the moment, and you can pick a similar style instead.
• We do not send catalogues, line sheets or price files by email; a file is out of date the day it leaves. Everything is in the MYNSU Partner Portal, rebuilt from the live store. The whole list as one CSV file opens with the Access Pass or the Connect Pass.

Who can register and how to pay

• A new brand that is not yet registered is fine. We do not ask for a business registration number or a resale certificate, because every order is paid before it ships. The partner form asks for your name, your brand or store name, country and where you plan to sell; a planned site or a social account is enough to start.
• Two steps: fill in the short partner form at mynsujewelry.com/pages/become-a-partner#apply, and we switch partner access on for that email within one business day; then log in at mynsujewelry.com/pages/trade with that email and Shopify sends a six-digit code. No password, no contract, no minimum. Any country can apply; where you are based does not change the partner price.
• Every order is paid before it ships, through a payment link: credit card, Shop Pay or PayPal. We do not do net 30 or monthly billing, and we do not offer credit terms to anyone, long-term partners included. For custom work each step is paid before it starts: the CAD, then the piece itself, or for a production run the sample and then the run. Partners outside the US pay the same way: by card on our checkout page (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, or PayPal where PayPal serves your country; a bank wire for larger orders.
• Bank details are confirmed by phone once your account is verified; the order itself serves as your invoice and is available in the Partner Portal under My orders.
