How do I start a custom piece?

How much does custom jewelry cost?
It depends on the size, metal, and stones. Working in moissanite and 925 sterling silver keeps most projects far below comparable natural-diamond work. Tell us your budget and we will tell you honestly what is achievable within it.
What materials and stones can you work with?
Almost anything. Most clients choose moissanite, lab-grown diamonds, or natural gemstones, set in 925 sterling silver or solid gold (10K, 14K, or 18K). On a tighter budget, gold-plated brass delivers the same iced-out look for less — and we work in platinum too. Tell us your budget and we will match the materials to it.
Can I see the design before it is made?
Yes — always. We share visuals during the design phase, and nothing goes into production until you approve every detail.
Can I make changes to the design?
During the design phase, yes — we refine it with you until it is right. Once you approve the final design and production starts, the design is locked.
Will moissanite pass a diamond tester?
Yes. Moissanite reads as diamond on standard thermal diamond testers — that is a physical property of the stone, not a trick.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. Moissanite pieces can come with a GRA certificate, and lab-grown diamonds with an IGI certificate — just mention it when you inquire. Certification is optional and adds a small fee, which we quote up front.
How long does it take?
About 3 weeks from approved design to your door — roughly 14 business days in production, plus shipping. We send progress photos and videos at key milestones so you can watch your piece come to life.
Do I pay customs or duties?
No. Your order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we handle customs and duties, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
Can I return a custom piece?
Custom pieces are made to order just for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged — the industry standard for custom work. That is exactly why we confirm every detail with you before production starts. Every piece is covered by a 360-day craftsmanship warranty — if stones come loose, plating fades, or anything breaks under normal wear, we repair or remake it.
