Handling time: we ship within 2 business days of receiving your order. Orders sent to us before 10am Pacific are usually processed the same day. Use 2 business days as your handling time when you list.
Tracking is sent back to you on every order, so you can pass it straight to your customer.
More than five pieces in one order ship together as a single consolidated parcel, and we quote you the rate before you pay — jewelry is light, so it will not be five times the small-order rate.

You will want to know these before you list, not after your first problem order.

If an order goes wrong

Wrong item, missing piece, or a manufacturing fault: tell us within 10 business days of delivery and we replace it or credit your account. We cover the return shipping. You do not eat our mistake.

If your customer simply changes their mind, ready-to-wear pieces can come back within 30 days in unworn condition — message us first so we can issue a return reference. Made-to-order and personalized pieces cannot be returned, because they were made for one person; we cover manufacturing faults on those for 360 days instead.

Lost in transit is on us. Damaged in transit is on us. Ask and we will handle it.

Using our product photos

Approved partners may use our product photography to list and sell MYNSU pieces. That licence is yours for as long as you are an active partner.

Use them to sell our goods — not anyone else's

Do not resell or redistribute the image files themselves
The licence ends if the partnership does

Dropshipping FAQ

Do I need to buy inventory first?

No. That is the point of dropshipping — you list our pieces without owning them. You only pay us when you have an order from your own customer.

Will my customer know the order came from MYNSU?

No. We ship blind: no MYNSU branding on the box, no invoice or price slip inside, and none of our contact details anywhere in the parcel. The parcel reads as coming from you.

Which countries do you ship to?

All of them. We ship dropship orders worldwide.

Who pays for shipping?

You do. Shipping is charged on top of the product price: $7.50 per order for one to five pieces, anywhere in the world. Orders of six or more pieces ship as a single consolidated parcel and we quote the rate before you pay. Most partners simply build shipping into what they charge their own customer.

How does payment work?

Payment is upfront — each order is paid before it ships. We do not offer credit terms or net accounts.

How fast do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

We ship within 2 business days of receiving your order — often the same day if it reaches us before 10am Pacific. Delivery then takes 9–14 business days worldwide. When a marketplace asks for your handling time, 2 business days is the number to use.

Do you have a product feed I can import?

Yes. Ask us and we will send you a full catalog file with pricing, specifications, and image links, plus a current stock file. CSV and XML are both available, so you can import straight into your store rather than retyping SKUs. Much of our range is made to order in our own workshop rather than held on a shelf, so the stock file marks those pieces as made to order rather than showing a quantity — if you are promising a delivery date on one, message us first and we will confirm the timing.

What happens if an order arrives damaged or wrong?

Tell us within 10 business days of delivery and we replace it or credit you, and we pay the return shipping. Anything lost or damaged in transit is on us, not you. Made-to-order and personalized pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind, but we cover manufacturing faults on them for 360 days.

Can I use your product photos?

Yes — approved partners can use our photography to sell MYNSU pieces, crop it, and put their own branding on it. The one limit is that the image files are for selling our goods, not for resale or redistribution on their own.

Can I use my own packaging or brand?

Dropship orders go out in plain, unbranded packaging as standard. If you want your own brand on the box, that is our White Label & Private Label program.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. There is no membership fee and no monthly subscription — you pay only for the orders you place.
