Shipping policy

Where we ship

MYNSU ships to 80+ countries. Every country we ship to, with its delivery time, is listed on our Where we ship page. If your country is not on the list, contact us before you order: for most other countries we can ship to a freight forwarder or parcel-forwarding address you choose, or quote express courier shipping for your order.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on every order, to every country we ship to.
Every order ships by our tracked standard service; there is no express option.
International orders ship free too; import duties and taxes may apply on delivery, depending on the destination country.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends are processed the following Monday.

Transit time

Standard shipping arrives within 5–9 business days after dispatch to U.S. addresses. International delivery takes 6–12 business days after dispatch to most countries; some remote destinations take longer, and customs clearance can add time.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delays and lost packages

If your tracking has not updated for 5+ business days or the package is marked delivered but not received, please email service@mynsujewelry.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship at the customer's expense.
