Every credit is store credit on your account, valid for 12 months.

Refer a friendYour friend gets 10% off their first order of ready-to-ship jewelry with your code or link. You get 10% of what they pay for the pieces as store credit (3% when their order is at partner price), 30 days after their order is delivered.

Shop1.5% of the pieces amount on every retail order comes back to you as store credit, 30 days after delivery.

How to use it

Nothing to enter: sign in at checkout and the credit is there.

At checkoutSign in to your account and store credit appears as a payment option. It can pay for the whole order, including shipping and tax.
12 monthsEach credit is valid for 12 months from the day it is added. The oldest credit is used first.
On this store onlyStore credit is spent on mynsujewelry.com. It stays on your account and cannot be transferred or paid out.
RefundsAny part of an order paid with store credit is refunded to your store credit. If an order is refunded or cancelled, the credit earned on that order is removed.

The rules

Short and plain.

  1. Referral credit is for your friend's first order only; a code works once per customer, and you cannot refer yourself.
  2. One discount code per order: a referral code cannot be combined with a creator code or another discount code.
  3. Credit for a referral or a purchase is added 30 days after the order is delivered, and is removed if that order is refunded or cancelled first.
  4. Partner accounts (MYNSU Partner Portal) earn referral credit; the 1.5% back on purchases applies to retail orders only.
  5. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the day it is added, is spent on mynsujewelry.com only, stays on your account and cannot be transferred or paid out.
  6. We may change the program with notice on this page. Changes do not apply to credit already on your account.

Can I use store credit together with a discount code?

Yes. Store credit is a payment method, not a discount, so it applies after any code on the order.

Yes. Store credit can pay for the whole order.

How does my friend use my code?

They open your link, or type the code at checkout, and sign in to their account there (the code is for first orders, so the account is checked). It gives 10% off their first order of ready-to-ship jewelry, once per customer.

Do partner-price orders earn credit?

Referral credit, yes. The 1.5% back on purchases is for retail orders only.
