No. Moissanite does not get cloudy or lose its sparkle. If it ever looks dull, that is usually lotion, oils, or everyday film — clean it gently with a soft cloth and mild soapy water to restore the shine.

Moissanite (silicon carbide, Mohs ~9.25) is harder, more brilliant, and far more durable than cubic zirconia (Mohs ~8–8.5), which can scratch and dull over time. Moissanite keeps its sparkle through daily wear.

We describe carat as diamond-equivalent weight, written as ct DEW. Because moissanite weighs slightly less than a diamond of the same dimensions, a "1ct" moissanite is about the size of a 1-carat diamond rather than its exact weight.

For everyday wear, 0.5–1ct stays subtle and comfortable; 2–3ct reads as noticeable, date-night sparkle; 5ct is a true statement. All are set in 925 sterling silver.

Our ready-to-ship pieces are 925 sterling silver. Most styles are rhodium-plated to add shine and help resist tarnish; some styles have a warm gold-tone finish over the same sterling base. Solid gold is made to order only; we do not keep it in stock.

Sterling silver can tarnish over time. On rhodium-plated styles, the plating helps resist it. To keep pieces bright, store them dry, avoid water, lotion, and perfume, and buff gently with a soft polishing cloth.

It should not. Green marks come from copper in some alloys reacting with skin, lotions, or moisture. Rhodium plating reduces this on plated styles, and keeping pieces dry and clean helps further.

We recommend taking pieces off before showering, swimming, or the gym. Water, soap, chlorine, and sweat can dull sterling silver and plating over time. Store dry to keep the sparkle.

Our pieces are 925 sterling silver; most have rhodium plating and some have a gold-tone finish. If you have sensitive skin, check the materials and avoid wear if you react to silver alloys or plating. We do not currently claim a nickel-free composition.

Store your pieces dry and away from direct sunlight, remove them before swimming, showering, or using lotions and perfumes, and gently buff with a soft polishing cloth to keep them bright.

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, as long as it is unworn, in original condition, with all original packaging and proof of purchase. Return shipping is on you, original shipping and any duties or taxes paid are not refunded, and on an order that shipped free the outbound shipping cost we paid is deducted. Email service@mynsujewelry.com to start a return; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery, by email or through the contact form on our website, with a short description and photos or a video. We will cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.

Yes. Every MYNSU piece is covered by a 360-day craftsmanship warranty from the delivery date. If a stone comes loose, the plating fades, or the piece breaks under normal wear, email service@mynsujewelry.com with your order number and a photo — we will repair or replace it, and we cover return shipping once the issue is confirmed as a workmanship fault. The warranty does not cover damage from impact, water, chlorine, perfume or other chemicals, improper storage, normal surface scratches, or lost items. Items that arrive damaged or incorrect should be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery as described above.
