Only for orders delivered in California, the one state where we collect sales tax: an order delivered to a California address, to you or to your customer, has California sales tax added at checkout unless we hold your California resale certificate (form CDTFA-230). Orders delivered to other states or outside the US carry no US sales tax from us. To become a partner, a live store, listing, or social account where you sell is all we ask for.

There is no minimum order: any stock style ships from one piece, and custom work also starts from one piece; 30 pieces or more of a style is priced as a production run. Many partners start with one piece of a style to check the quality in hand before scaling up. Once a style proves itself, reorders are easy.

Our stock catalog is 925 sterling silver with lab-created moissanite. For custom projects we also work with lab-grown and natural diamonds, gemstones, and gold. All our pieces come with a GRA certificate. Full metal, stone and document facts are on our Materials & certificates page.

Yes, in the Partner Portal rather than by email. From the day your partner access opens you have the price list in the page for 7 days: every style and size at your partner price, with ordering from one piece. After that, a pass keeps it open for one year, and a paid order keeps it open for 12 months. Photos and product data files (every style in one CSV with image links, white-background product photos, image packs by category) and the price list as one CSV file open with the Access Pass or the Connect Pass, each valid for one year; the Shopify store connector opens with the Connect Pass. Stock pieces ship within 2 to 3 business days of payment.

No. Orders at partner price are final sale: we do not take pieces back for a change of mind or because they did not sell. A trial order can be as small as one piece of a style, so you can test before you stock. A wrong item or a manufacturing fault: tell us within 3 calendar days of delivery, with photos or a video, and we replace it or credit you.

Within one business day. Every quote includes per-style pricing and lead times, and any style can be ordered from one piece at partner price first, so you can compare before committing.
