Built on our own catalogThe same 925 sterling silver and lab-created moissanite we sell under our own name, made by our long-term workshop partner in Guangzhou, with lab-grown diamonds available on custom work. All our pieces come with a GRA certificate for the main stone, and every product page names the accent stones: moissanite, cubic zirconia (CZ) or none.

What is the difference between unbranded shipping, private label and custom design?

Unbranded shipping is the standard: every order goes out in neutral packaging with no logo of any kind, nothing to arrange. Private label keeps our stock pieces exactly as they are and puts your logo on our stock boxes, from 1 box. Custom design is your own piece, made to your design and logo from one piece, OEM or ODM; 30 pieces or more per style is priced as a production run.

Is unbranded shipping available to everyone?

Yes. Neutral, unbranded packaging is how we ship every partner order as standard, so there is nothing extra to arrange. Neutral parcels carry no inserts, so we do not add your own packing slip or thank-you card; your own card goes in only with private label, when your orders are packed in your logo boxes.

What does private label require?

One box is enough to start. You choose one of our stock boxes and upload your logo; we engrave it on the metal plate of the box, or print it on the box where there is no plate. Boxes are priced per box, plus a $49.99 logo set-up per style. You approve a mockup first, and the boxes are ready 10 to 15 days later; we keep them at our Shenzhen warehouse for your dropship orders, or ship them to you. Partners order them in the Partner Portal. The jewelry itself is unchanged, so there is no minimum on the pieces. Packaging designed from scratch starts at 1,000 sets and is priced per project.

What does a custom design involve?

Send a sketch, photo or reference plus the metal, stone and sizes. Photos or links of a piece you like, or a physical piece, work too. A designer turns it into a 3D CAD model for your approval in 1 to 3 days. The CAD fee depends on the complexity of the piece; we quote it with your project, with up to 3 revisions included and further rounds charged per round. The CAD fee is non-refundable; on a production order we can reduce or waive it depending on the order size. A design can be made from one piece, made in about 3 to 4 weeks once you approve the CAD; 30 pieces or more is priced as a production run, which starts with one sample in 7 to 10 days, and the run takes 15 to 20 days once you approve the sample. Pieces made to your design are final sale and carry a 360-day craftsmanship warranty.

Can you put my logo on the jewelry itself?

On a custom design run, yes: your logo is part of the piece. Stock pieces ship as shown; engraving and logo marking are done on custom pieces only.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to 80+ countries. Shipping is paid by you and shown in the cart before you pay: actual-weight shipping with a $9.99 minimum per order plus import charges of 10% of the goods to a US address, and the delivered price for other countries. US orders above $1,000 of goods in one shipment are quoted by hand.

How does shipping work?

MYNSU is a US brand designed in California, and we ship to 80+ countries with tracking. With unbranded shipping that is invisible to your customer: the parcel carries no MYNSU branding.

Do I need a resale certificate?

Only for orders delivered in California, the one state where we collect sales tax: an order delivered to a California address, to you or to your customer, has California sales tax added at checkout unless we hold your California resale certificate (form CDTFA-230). Orders delivered to other states or outside the US carry no US sales tax from us. To become a partner, a live store, listing, or social account where you sell is all we ask for.

How does payment work?

Payment is upfront: orders are paid before they ship. We do not offer credit terms or net accounts.

Can I combine this with dropshipping?

Yes. Most partners run dropshipping with unbranded packaging first, then move to private label once their brand is established.
