MYNSU is a US brand based in California (MYNSU INC). Design and partner support are here; your contract, invoice and payment are with a US company.

Stock pieces are made by our long-term workshop partner in Guangzhou, China, and custom work by a dedicated custom factory. Design, quality control and shipping are handled by us, with no trading company in between.

We ship to 80+ countries with tracking on every parcel. Country of origin on customs paperwork is China. Silver jewelry is classified under HS heading 7113.

Business to business, prepaid before dispatch, no rigid minimum. Sales tax only on orders delivered in California, unless we hold your California resale certificate. Details on Become a Partner.

Confirms the silver content of a finished piece. We send the sample to a third-party lab; you pay the lab fee and receive the report in your name.

For EU retail. Same arrangement: third-party lab, your fee, report to you. Ask before the order ships so the sample goes with it.

Orders at partner price are final sale: we do not take pieces back for a change of mind or because they did not sell. There is no minimum order, so you can order one piece of a style first and reorder what sells. Orders paid on or before October 6, 2026 keep the terms they were placed under. A wrong size on a dropship order can be exchanged for another size of the same style within 15 days of delivery, with an RA number first; it is an exchange only, with no refund, and shipping both ways is on you. A wrong item, a missing piece, transit damage or a manufacturing fault: tell us within 3 calendar days of delivery, with photos or a video, and we replace it or credit you. A parcel the carrier confirms lost is replaced when you raise it within 30 days of the ship date; a parcel that tracking shows as delivered counts as delivered.

Cannot be returned for a change of mind. They carry a 360-day craftsmanship warranty: if a stone comes loose, the plating fades or anything breaks under normal wear, we repair or remake it.

90 days from delivery: if a stone comes loose or the piece breaks under normal wear, we repair or replace it. Not covered: plating wear, normal surface scratches, impact, water or chemical damage, improper storage, lost pieces. Orders paid before October 3, 2026 keep the 360-day terms they were placed under. A warranty claim is not a return.

Every style in one CSV with image links, white-background product photos, and image packs by category, plus the partner price list as one CSV file and an import CSV with one row per size, prices and stock status on every row; the Shopify store connector with the Connect Pass. They open with the Access Pass or the Connect Pass, each valid for one year.

Use them only while an Access Pass or a Connect Pass is valid, to sell our pieces on your own store, marketplace listings, social media and ads, cropped and branded as you like. Do not resell the files or use them for other products; the licence ends with the pass, or if the partnership does. The View Pass does not license photos or files. Before an Access Pass or a Connect Pass, our photos, including those on our public product pages, are not licensed for use in listings. The kit holds white-background product photos; the on-model and lifestyle photos on our site are kept for our own store and are not licensed for partner listings.

The View Pass keeps the price list, quotes and ordering open on your account, with no downloads. The Access Pass adds our full product data for download. The Connect Pass adds the Shopify store connector: your store linked to our catalogue, order and tracking system. Each pass is valid for one year; moving up costs the difference and keeps the same end date. You do not need a Shopify store, or any store at all, for the View Pass or the Access Pass: with the Access Pass you download the photos and files from the Media page and build your listings yourself, on eBay, Etsy, Amazon or wherever you sell.
