How do I log in? I never set a password.
There is no password. Open the partner price list, click log in, and enter the email you applied with. Shopify emails you six digits to type in. Use the same email each time; a different address will not see partner prices.
What do partner prices look like?
Listed per style and per size next to our site price, so nothing is a guess. Quantity pricing is built in: per style, 10 to 49 pieces are 10% off and 50 or more 20% off (a few styles show a smaller step; the price list shows the exact tier prices), and orders from $2,000 in goods get a further 3% off the whole order (5% from $5,000, 8% from $10,000), all applied automatically in the cart.
Can I return unsold stock?
No. Orders at partner price are final sale: we do not take pieces back for a change of mind or because they did not sell. There is no minimum order, so you can order one piece of a style first and reorder what sells. A wrong size on a dropship order can be exchanged for another size of the same style within 15 days of delivery, with shipping both ways on you. A wrong item or a manufacturing fault: tell us within 3 calendar days of delivery, with photos or a video, and we replace it or credit you. Made-to-order and personalized pieces cannot be returned; we cover faults on them for 360 days instead.
How fast do orders ship?
We ship within 2 to 3 business days of payment; delivery then takes 5 to 9 business days to US addresses and 6 to 12 business days to most other countries. Pieces we make to order take longer; we tell you the lead time before you pay.
Do you offer credit or net terms?
No. Every order, even a single piece, is paid before it ships.
I sell on Shopify. What is the custom app you mentioned?
It is how the store connector reaches your store. From your Shopify admin you build a custom app in Shopify's Dev Dashboard and send us its Client ID and Client secret through the secure form on the Store connector page. The connector loads the styles you choose into your store as drafts (photos, specifications, your partner price), passes your paid orders to us automatically and writes tracking back. Every hour it marks each size in stock or sold out in your store; it does not sync quantities, and you never hold stock. Nothing is installed from an app store, and you can revoke it any time. The connector opens with the Connect Pass, valid for one year.
