Store connectorSetup guide
Our styles load into your store, orders reach us on their own and tracking goes back to your customer. One Connect Pass per platform, valid for one year; other stores connect through the Partner API.

What the connector does for a partner store
- Loads the styles you choose into your store as drafts, with photos, specifications, our retail price as the starting selling price and your partner price in the cost field
- Brings your paid orders to us automatically; you are invoiced at partner price plus shipping
- Writes the tracking number back onto your order so your store notifies your customer
- Neutral packaging, GRA certificate for the main stone of every moissanite piece
What the connection does
Three things move between your store and MYNSU, all of them automatic once connected, on every platform above.
The styles you choose arrive in your store as drafts, with photos, specifications and your partner price, under a plain descriptive title you rename as you like. Nothing goes live until you publish it.
When a customer buys a MYNSU style and pays you, the order reaches us. You are invoiced at partner price plus shipping — payment before production, always.
Once the parcel ships, the tracking number is written back onto your order and your store notifies your customer. Do not buy a label or mark it fulfilled yourself.
Packaging is neutral: no MYNSU documents, invoices or branding go into a parcel addressed to your customer.
Shopify: three steps, about five minutes
Since January 2026 Shopify creates custom apps in its Dev Dashboard instead of the admin, and gives you a Client ID and Client secret instead of an access token. The steps below follow Shopify’s current screens; every figure shows the button to press.
Create the app in the Dev Dashboard
Five clicks in Shopify. If you created a custom app before January 2026, the old path still works: Settings → Apps and sales channels → Develop apps → API credentials.
- 1In your Shopify admin, open Settings → Apps and sales channels, click Develop apps, then Build apps in Dev Dashboard. The Dev Dashboard opens at
dev.shopify.com/dashboard; sign in with the account you use for your store. The first time, Shopify may ask you to name an organization — any name is fine.shopifyyourshopHomeOrdersProductsCustomersMarketingDiscountsContentAnalyticsSettingsSettings › Apps and sales channels › Develop appsApp developmentCustom apps are now built in the Dev Dashboard.

Send us three things
Your store address, the Client ID and the Client secret. Our system checks the permissions the moment they arrive.
Log in to send your details
The secure form appears here once you are logged in to your partner account. Your details go straight to our fulfilment system, sealed; the connection completes automatically.

Choose your styles
Drafts arrive in your store once your details are in.
By default we load our Bestsellers, ranked by real sales. Prefer to pick? Mark the styles you want on the price list and we load exactly those.
Every draft carries photos, a specification table, our retail price as the starting selling price and your partner price in the cost field, under a plain descriptive title ending in our reference number. You set your own product names and retail prices, write your own wording, and publish when you are ready.

Squarespace, WooCommerce, Wix, BigCommerce and Ecwid
Once your pass is paid, the setup steps for your platform and a secure form for the key it gives you open on this page, under the pass cards. Our system checks the key with your store, adds one style and checks it, then adds the Bestsellers.
What happens next, and who does it
Four of the five steps are done by our system. You publish, and check in here whenever you like.
The moment your details arrive, our system asks Shopify for a 24-hour key and confirms all eleven permissions. Minutes, not days.
Bestsellers (or the styles you marked) arrive in your store as drafts with photos, specifications and your partner price.
Set your own retail prices and the delivery time your checkout shows, edit the wording, publish when you are ready.
Every hour each size is set to in stock (shows 99, a status marker) or sold out (0, stops selling); a style we stop selling goes to 0 in every size. Needs the three stock permissions; everything else works without them.
A paid order with a MYNSU SKU reaches us automatically. You receive an invoice at partner price plus shipping; payment before production, always.
The parcel ships from Shenzhen in neutral packaging (photos of the packaging); the tracking number is written onto your order and your store notifies your customer.
Running your connected store
Everything a connected store needs after the first drafts arrive: adding more styles, what you may change, the stock figures, orders and packaging.
Adding more styles
Open the price list (mynsujewelry.com/pages/trade). With a connected store, every row carries a + Add to my store button: click it and that style arrives in your store as a draft, usually within a few minutes. A row already in your store reads In your store; On the way to your store means it is being added. Every style in the price list can be added once your account has a paid order (the Connect Pass counts); after two months without a paid order, adding pauses until your next paid order, and the styles already in your store stay as they are.
What arrives, and what you change
Each style arrives as a draft with white-background product photos, a specification table as the description, our retail price as the starting selling price, your partner price in the cost field, and a plain descriptive title ending in our reference number (for example … Ring in Sterling Silver, No. 12114). Rename it, write your own copy, set your own retail price and publish when you are ready. We never overwrite what you changed: a later correction to a specification is applied only to the specification table, and only after you say yes.
Shipping settings and delivery times
We hand each parcel to the carrier within 2 to 3 business days of payment; delivery then takes 5 to 9 business days to US addresses and 6 to 12 business days to most other countries (some remote destinations take longer). So show 8 to 12 business days at your checkout for US orders of our styles and 9 to 15 business days for most other countries (3 business days of handling plus the transit). There is no express service, so offer our styles one standard rate. On Shopify, if you also sell pieces you ship yourself, give our styles their own shipping profile: in Settings > Shipping and delivery, click Add custom profile, add our styles, add a zone for each country you sell to, then Add shipping option with Rate type Flat, your price and Transit time Custom (8-12 for the United States). Styles you add later land in your General profile, so move each one into this profile when you add it; on other platforms, set the same delivery time on the rate our styles use. What you charge your customer for shipping is up to you; your invoice carries our shipping, which to a US address is charged on the parcel's actual weight, at least $9.99 per order, plus import charges of 10% of the goods value, delivered duty paid, so your customer pays nothing on delivery.
The stock figures in your store
Every hour each size of a loaded style is set to 99 (in stock, a status marker, not our actual count) or 0 (sold out; the size stops selling until it is back). Quantities are never synced and you never hold stock. A 0 is not an error, and Google Merchant reads availability from these figures. A style we stop selling is set to 0 in every size, so it stops selling in your store; nothing else about it changes, and whether to delete it is up to you. If a figure looks wrong, send us the SKU and we check it the same day.
Removing a style
Delete it in your store; the price list reflects it within the hour. Nothing is added back unless you click + Add to my store again.
Orders
A paid order containing a MYNSU SKU reaches us automatically, and you receive an invoice for it by email: a payment link at partner price plus shipping (and the import charges for US addresses) that takes card, Shop Pay or PayPal. Payment before production, always; we ship within 2 to 3 business days of payment. If the delivery address needs a change, reply to that email before paying. Please do not buy a label or mark the order fulfilled yourself: once the parcel ships from Shenzhen, the tracking number is written onto your order and your store notifies your customer. If the order also holds pieces of your own, only our pieces are marked as shipped; you ship yours as usual. If your customer cancels: before you pay our invoice, press Cancel order next to it on My orders and nothing is charged; after you pay, write to us before the parcel ships from Shenzhen and we refund it in full; once it has shipped, it is final sale like every order at partner price.
Returns and problems
Orders at partner price are final sale, so returns from your customers come to you and a change-of-mind return stays with you; set your store's return policy with that in mind. Please do not show any of our addresses on your site: the return address your customers see should be your own, or say that it is sent once a return is approved. If a piece arrives wrong, damaged or with a fault, tell us within 3 calendar days of delivery, by email, through the Returns form or a message in the Partner Portal, with a short description and photos or a video, and we replace it or credit your account. Wrong sizes on dropship orders, lost parcels and the 90-day workmanship warranty on stock pieces are on the Returns & claims page.
Packaging
Neutral on every order: a plain white mailer with the courier label only, a kraft carton with bubble wrap, the jewelry box (white, "Fine Jewelry" in gold, no brand name) and the GRA card for the main stone. No invoice, no price slip, no contact details, nothing that says MYNSU. Photos of the packaging. Your own logo on the box is the private label option on the Custom & private label page.
Permissions and keys
If you approve new permissions or release a new version of the app, nothing is needed on your side: our system reconnects on its own within the hour. Send the Client ID and secret only through the secure form on this page, never by email or in a message; to rotate the secret, create a new one in the Dev Dashboard and send it through the same form.
Pausing or stopping
Uninstall the app in your Shopify admin. Nothing else is required; the drafts and products we created stay yours.
Questions
Write to us on the Help & messages page or at partners@mynsujewelry.com; replies come by email and appear on that page.
Questions we are often asked
Why is there no access token any more?
Shopify changed this in January 2026. Apps created in the Dev Dashboard do not show a token in the admin; the developer exchanges the Client ID and secret for one programmatically. That is what our system does, so you only need to copy the two values.
Can you see my other orders?
We read order data through the Shopify API and only act on lines whose SKU is a MYNSU SKU. Shopify does not offer a narrower permission than read_orders; if that is a concern, tell us and we will work from an order list you send us instead.
Do I have to keep stock?
No. Each order is made or picked after payment and shipped from our hub in Shenzhen.
Does my store show whether a size is in stock?
Yes, once the app has the three stock permissions. Every hour each size of a loaded style is set to in stock or sold out in your store: in stock shows 99 (a status marker, not our actual count); sold out shows 0 and the size stops selling until it is back. The figures sit at your existing inventory location. Quantities are not synced; the live stock status per style and size is always on the price list. A style we stop selling is set to 0 in every size and stops selling; nothing else in your store changes.
What about duties?
Your invoice for each order shows them before you pay. To a US address it carries import charges of 10% of the goods value, delivered duty paid, so your customer pays nothing on delivery. For other countries the invoice says whether duties and taxes are prepaid or collected from your customer on delivery, and about how much.
What does the parcel look like?
Every order ships in the same neutral packaging: a plain white mailer with the courier label only, a kraft carton with bubble wrap inside it, the jewelry box (white, "Fine Jewelry" in gold, no brand name) and the GRA card for the main stone. Nothing says MYNSU, and there is no invoice, no price slip and no contact details inside. Photos, layer by layer: mynsujewelry.com/pages/dropshipping#packaging. Your own logo on the box is the private label option on the Custom & private label page.
Can I stop?
Uninstall the app in your admin. Nothing else is required, and the drafts we created stay yours.
How a Connect Pass works
- We offer a connector only for platforms whose seller rules allow pieces shipped by a supplier and whose shipping-time rules our shipping from China can meet.
- Your platform account, plan and listings stay yours: you follow that platform’s rules, keep the plan the connector needs, and keep the key or app access in place.
- The connector acts only on order lines with our SKUs, and it sets each size to in stock or sold out; it does not sync quantities.
- Check the line under Needs before you pay: A pass opens on your account as soon as it is paid, so it cannot be refunded once it is paid. If the platform changes its API while your pass is valid, we update the connector.
