How custom work runs
- Unbranded (blind) shipping is the default: no logo anywhere, ours included
- Private label: our stock styles in a stock box with your logo, from 1 box, priced per box plus a $49.99 logo set-up per style (packaging designed from scratch: from 1,000 sets, priced per project)
- Custom jewelry: your own design and logo on the piece, from 1 piece; 30 pieces or more per style, in any mix of sizes, is priced as a production run
- CAD design fee set by the complexity of the piece, quoted with your project: up to 3 revisions included, further rounds charged per round, first renders 1 to 3 days after payment, non-refundable; one piece is made in about 3 to 4 weeks after you approve the CAD, and a production run of 30 pieces or more takes a sample in 7 to 10 days, then 15 to 20 days
- Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned; 360-day workmanship warranty

From 1 box, priced per box plus a $49.99 logo set-up per style; boxes are kept at our Shenzhen warehouse for your dropship orders or shipped to you. Packaging designed from scratch starts at 1,000 sets and is priced per project.
Your own jewelry design and your logo on the piece. CAD first (set by the complexity of the piece, quoted with your project; up to 3 revisions), then about 3 to 4 weeks to make one piece. From 1 piece; 30 pieces or more per style, in any mix of sizes, is priced as a production run, with a sample in 7 to 10 days and the run in 15 to 20 days.
