The questions resellers ask us, answered once

We do not email catalogs or price files; a file is out of date the day it leaves. Everything is in the Partner Portal (mynsujewelry.com/pages/trade): every style in every size, retail and partner price side by side, stock status, and checkout on the page. The whole list as one CSV file opens with the Access Pass ($39.99) or the Connect Pass ($99.99), each valid for one year. A new partner account can open the price list for 3 days from approval; after that it stays open with a Partner Pass (the View Pass, $19.99 for one year, opens the price list, quotes and orders), or for 12 months after a paid order. The live count of styles and variants is at the top of the price list. Fill in the short partner form; we switch access on; you log in with a six-digit emailed code, no password, no contract, no minimum.

The website shows retail. Your partner price, visible after login, is the working price on every order, from a single piece, at or below half of retail on every SKU. Partner prices have no expiry date: the price that applies is always the one on the price list in your Partner Portal when you order.

Quantity pricing is built into the price list in the portal. Per style, with any mix of sizes of the same style counted together: 1–9 pieces at the partner price, 10–49 pieces at 10% off the partner price, 50+ pieces at 20% off. All pieces of that style in the order are priced at the tier reached. A few styles show a smaller step (their partner price is already close to the floor); the price list shows the exact tier prices per style. Per order: goods of $2,000+ (after the style tiers) get a further 3% off the whole order, $5,000+ 5%, $10,000+ 8%. Both are applied automatically in the cart and at checkout, so add the styles and quantities and the page shows the total with shipping and import charges before you pay. We do not quote separately for larger quantities.

Any style can be ordered from one piece at your partner price, from the same price list as every later order, with no surcharge: add it to the cart in the Partner Portal, choose Ship to: Me, and pay at checkout. Stock styles ship within 2 to 3 business days of payment.

Yes. Every silver piece is 925 sterling silver, stamped S925, in the finish shown on its product page (rhodium over a palladium base on white pieces). If your market needs proof on a specific piece, we arrange an XRF assay at a third-party lab at your cost and the report is issued in your name.

Center stones are lab-created moissanite, D color and VVS clarity, sold by carat-equivalent size (the diamond-equivalent size customers expect); stock lines run from 0.5 ct DEW to 5 ct DEW.

The center stone is always moissanite; we never substitute CZ for a center stone, and all our pieces come with a GRA certificate for the main stone. The accent stones are named on every product page under Details & Materials: "Accent stones: moissanite", "Accent stones: cubic zirconia (CZ)", or "Accent stones: none" for single-stone designs; tennis and eternity pieces read "All stones: moissanite". For no CZ at all, choose pieces marked moissanite or none. A design marked CZ can be made with moissanite in every stone, in a run of at least 30 pieces of that design, quoted per design.

Stock pieces ship in the finish shown on the product page. White pieces are rhodium over a palladium base, 0.025 to 0.03 micron of rhodium, a seven-layer electroplate with a clear protective top coat. Close to 200 styles are listed in gold tone (the product name says Gold-Tone): electroplated 18K yellow gold to the same thickness standard, 0.025 to 0.03 micron; those are stock too and ship from one piece. Changing the plating on a stock style, whether a different color, gold plating or a heavier layer, is made per style in a run of at least 30 pieces and quoted per project; a single stock piece is not re-plated on its own. A written spec sheet per SKU is available on request. We have not run wear or tarnish tests on finished pieces, so we do not quote a number of months.

All our pieces come with a GRA certificate for the main stone, in the box. The accent stones are named on each product page.

We do not describe pieces as nickel-free or hypoallergenic unless a test report for that SKU says so. Our workshop partner holds a third-party REACH Annex XVII report (lead, cadmium and nickel release after wear simulation, passed) for a tested plated ring model; it covers that model only. For the styles you sell we arrange independent testing (EN 1811 nickel release, XRF) at a recognized lab at your cost, report in your name; for EU orders we issue REACH and nickel-release declarations per order.

Shortlist the SKUs you plan to sell and we send a written spec sheet per SKU: metal, finish and plating figure, stone type and size, dimensions and weight. The full per-style pack opens with the Access Pass ($39.99) or the Connect Pass ($99.99), each valid for one year.

Every style has product photos on its product page. Using them is a separate matter: our product photos may be used in listings only while an Access Pass or a Connect Pass is valid (the Access Pass is $39.99 for one year, the Connect Pass $99.99), and that includes the photos shown on our public product pages. The photos and import files (every style in one CSV with image links, the same styles one row per size with retail price, partner price and stock status for import tools, white-background product photos, image packs by category) are on the Media page of the Partner Portal and open with the Access Pass or the Connect Pass. While that pass is valid, use the photos to sell our pieces on your own store, marketplace listings, social media and ads; do not resell the files or use them for other products. The kit holds white-background product photos; the on-model and lifestyle photos on our site are kept for our own store and are not licensed for partner listings. List the pieces under your own product names and URLs; do not copy the style names or product URLs from our store. The titles in the kit, and on the drafts the store connector loads, are plain descriptions ending in our reference number (for example No. 12114). We do not send photos by email or on request, and we do not produce promotional videos to order.

Orders at partner price are final sale: we do not take pieces back for a change of mind or because they did not sell. That covers stock orders shipped to you, dropship orders shipped to your customers, and custom, engraved, private-label and clearance pieces. There is no minimum order, so you can order one piece of a style first and reorder what sells. Orders paid on or before October 6, 2026 keep the terms they were placed under. A wrong size on a dropship order can be exchanged for another size of the same style, from the sizes we stock: email partners@mynsujewelry.com within 15 days of delivery for an RA number, send the piece back unworn and in its original packaging, and we ship the new size once it arrives. It is an exchange only, with no refund or credit, and shipping both ways is on you. A wrong item, a missing piece, transit damage or a manufacturing fault: tell us within 3 calendar days of delivery, by email, through the Returns form or a message in the Partner Portal, with a short description and photos or a video, and we replace it or credit your account. If the carrier confirms a parcel lost, we send a replacement; raise it within 30 days of the ship date. A parcel that tracking shows as delivered counts as delivered, and a parcel that comes back for a wrong address or because nobody accepted it is shipped again at your cost. Stock pieces carry a 90-day workmanship warranty from delivery: if a stone comes loose or the piece breaks under normal wear, we repair or replace it; plating wear, surface scratches and lost pieces are not covered. Made-to-order and personalized pieces carry a 360-day craftsmanship warranty and cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Stock styles: no minimum. Any style from one piece, any mix, whether it ships to you or straight to your customer; reorders the same, one piece at a time or any quantity. Custom work made to your own design also starts from one piece; 30 pieces or more of a style is a production run at a lower price per piece, and the 30 can be a mix of sizes of that style. Changing one of our stock styles (another plating, a different stone or an unstocked size) takes a run of at least 30 pieces of that style. Branded packaging (private label) puts your logo on our stock boxes from 1 box, priced per box plus a $49.99 logo set-up per style, ordered on the Custom & private label page of the Partner Portal; packaging designed from scratch starts at 1,000 sets.

We do not send product samples or gifts. Creators and reviewers can join the MYNSU Creator Program (mynsujewelry.com/pages/creators): you earn 20% on every sale from your audience, and your followers get 10% off with your code; your own orders get the 10% off too.

Fill in the partner form, we switch on access, you log in to the portal. Add a few styles and sizes to the cart with Ship to: Me, see shipping before you pay, and check out by credit or debit card, Shop Pay or PayPal; it is an ordinary order at your partner price, from one piece. We ship within 2 to 3 business days. When you are ready for larger orders, order the same way in the portal: the quantity tiers on the price list (10–49 pieces of a style 10% off, 50+ pieces 20% off) and the order discount from $2,000 in goods are applied automatically in the cart. Orders at partner price are final sale, which is why there is no minimum: test with one piece of a style and reorder what sells. Photos, product data files, per-style specs and certificates open with the Access Pass ($39.99 for one year); the Shopify store connector opens with the Connect Pass ($99.99 for one year). To any US address, shipping is charged on the parcel's actual weight with a minimum of $9.99 per order, plus import charges of 10% of the goods value, delivered duty paid; the portal shows both before you pay, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. We hand the parcel to the carrier within 2 to 3 business days of payment for stock styles, and delivery then takes 5 to 9 business days. The pieces in one order ship together as one parcel; jewelry is light, so shipping does not scale linearly with the piece count. Orders above $1,000 of goods in one shipment are quoted by hand as a commercial consignment.

Every US order carries import charges of 10% of the goods value as its own line, shown before you pay, whether it ships to you or to your customer; the shipping line is the parcel's actual weight, with a minimum of $9.99 per order. Nothing is collected on delivery, and if a carrier ever asks for a payment on such a parcel, send us the notice and we settle it. Orders above $1,000 of goods in one shipment are quoted by hand, with import duty at the actual rate itemised on the payment link, or cleared by your own broker.

We ship to 80+ countries, tracked door to door; many destinations have no tracked lane (Russia among them), so check with us before promising a buyer a date. Before you pay we work out freight plus the destination's import charges as one delivered price on the payment link. For the EU, the UK and Canada, duty and VAT (GST/HST in Canada) are prepaid by us so your customer pays nothing on delivery; UK partners with a VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge, without one we collect 20% VAT and account for it. Brazil: consolidated FOB shipments only. For some other countries the cart prices freight only, and import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the recipient on delivery; countries without a rate on file are quoted by hand per order. Delivery generally takes 6 to 12 business days.

Stock styles ship within 2 to 3 business days of payment; list 3 business days as your handling time. Designs marked made to order are made after you order: allow about 3 to 5 weeks before they ship. Your own design: CAD renders 1 to 3 days after payment, then about 3 to 4 weeks to make one piece once you approve the design. A production run of 30 pieces or more of a style, which is also how a change to one of our stock styles is made, starts with one sample, made 7 to 10 days after you approve the CAD, and the run takes 15 to 20 days after you approve the sample. The partner price list shows an Availability column for every style, refreshed once a day from our warehouse records.

Partner orders ship from China (Guangzhou or Shenzhen); country of origin on customs paperwork is China and silver jewelry is classified under HS 7113. One order, one parcel; orders of more than 3 pieces ship consolidated. The label sender on a dropship parcel is the carrier's local partner, not a California address.

Yes, that is how most partners start. You list our pieces at your prices; when a customer orders, you add the pieces to the cart in the Partner Portal with Ship to: My customer and their address, pay at checkout, and we ship straight to your customer with tracking back to you. You pay per order, before it ships; any style ships from one piece, and there is no contract. A wrong item, missing piece or fault: tell us within 3 calendar days of delivery, with photos or a video, and we replace or credit.

Yes, by default on every dropship order: plain unbranded parcel, no invoice, no price slip, none of our contact details, and no logo of any kind on the packaging, not MYNSU and not anyone else's. Neutral parcels carry no inserts, so we do not add your own packing slip or thank-you card to them. We call this unbranded (neutral) shipping. Your logo on the packaging is our private label level: our stock boxes with your logo, from 1 box, plus a $49.99 logo set-up per style; orders packed in your boxes can carry your own card. Shopify store: yes, through the store connector. You create a custom app in your own Shopify Dev Dashboard and send us its Client ID and secret; the guide is at /pages/partner-connector-setup. The connector loads the styles you choose into your store as drafts (photos, specifications, your partner price), passes your paid orders to us automatically and writes tracking back. Every hour it marks each size in stock or sold out in your store; it does not sync quantities, and you never hold stock. The connector opens with the Connect Pass ($99.99 for one year); the full kit (every style in one CSV with image links, white-background product photos, image packs by category), the partner price list as one CSV file, and an import CSV with one row per size (retail price, partner price, stock status, photos and specifications on every row, for tools that import one row per variant) open with the Access Pass ($39.99 for one year) or the Connect Pass. From the day your access opens you have the partner price list in the page: every partner price, stock status and ordering. Connectors for Squarespace, WooCommerce, Wix, BigCommerce and Ecwid are built on request, each with its own Connect Pass. For a store on any other platform, or one you built yourself (Base44, Lovable, Bubble, your own code), the Partner API Connect Pass ($99.99 for one year) lets your own app read our API for the price list, stock status, quotes, placing orders, and your orders with their tracking numbers; the setup steps, example prompts and the OpenAPI specification are on the Partner API guide page (/pages/partner-api), and the specification downloads as soon as the pass is paid. Until a connector is in place, orders go through the Partner Portal cart. We do not grant admin, collaborator or Shopify API access to our own store; sales attribution is done with a dedicated discount code.

You do not need a website. Once your buyer has paid you, log in, add the pieces to the cart with Ship to: My customer and their address, and pay at checkout; we ship within 2 to 3 business days. On Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop or Whatnot there is no connector: take your partner prices from the price list page, build the listing yourself at your own price, and place each order the same way; our photos, the import files for every style and the price list as one CSV file open with the Access Pass ($39.99 for one year) or the Connect Pass, and you download them from the Media page. A boutique or stall orders stock at partner price, one piece of a style first if you like. On every channel the order is paid before it ships.

Yes. Logo boxes you order on the Custom & private label page of the Partner Portal are kept at our Shenzhen warehouse and used to pack your dropship orders; the storage and handling terms are on that page. Pieces made for you in your own design can be held at our warehouse and shipped order by order too, on terms agreed per project and listed with the production quote.

Every order is paid before it ships, on our own Shopify checkout: credit or debit card, Shop Pay or PayPal; Shop Pay signs you in with the email on your partner account; if your Shop Pay is registered under a different email, pay by card or update the email on your account first. larger business orders can pay by ACH or wire to MYNSU INC, and an order counts as paid once the money has arrived in our account. We do not send invoices through third-party tools such as QuickBooks, Stripe or PayPal invoicing, and we do not set up invoice payment at a buyer's request. We do not do net 30 or monthly billing and do not offer credit terms to anyone, long-term partners included; that is part of how the prices stay where they are. Custom work is paid step by step, each step before it starts: the CAD, then the piece itself, or for a production run the sample and then the run.

We collect sales tax only in California. An order delivered to a California address, to you or to your customer, has California sales tax added at checkout unless we hold your California resale certificate (form CDTFA-230); email it to partners@mynsujewelry.com and we apply it to your account. Orders delivered to other states or outside the US carry no US sales tax from us, and tax on your own customer stays on your side. The checkout total is everything you pay. A W-9 or formal invoice for a business order is issued after payment by MYNSU INC.

Your contract, invoice, payment and support are with MYNSU INC, a California corporation. Stock pieces are made by our long-term workshop partner in Guangzhou, China, and custom work by a dedicated custom factory; design, quality control and shipping are handled by us, with no trading company in between. Company registration details are available on request; we do not disclose the names or street addresses of the workshops.

Yes. We sign a mutual NDA once your sample, first order or CAD fee has been paid, and design files change hands only after it is signed. Our standard form protects both sides the same way: your designs, CAD, artwork and customer data stay yours and are used only to make your orders; our pricing and supply-chain details stay ours. Our production partners sign non-disclosure, non-use and non-circumvention agreements in their own jurisdiction before receiving any file, and MYNSU remains your single contractual counterparty. Signed by our CEO, electronically if you like; your own NDA is welcome and comes back with our comments.

We do not grant admin or collaborator access to anyone outside the company. Sales are tracked with a dedicated discount code, which needs no access at all. For partners who buy and resell (wholesale or dropshipping) there is no consignment and no revenue share: you buy at the partner price and sell at your own. If you bring us traffic or customers as a creator or promoter, that runs through the MYNSU Creator Program (mynsujewelry.com/pages/creators): you earn 20% on every sale from your audience, and your followers get 10% off with your code.

Not before an order. Place a small trial order first, any amount; once you have the pieces in hand we go into detail. Every question is answered by email or WhatsApp.

Three levels. Unbranded shipping is the standard on every order: neutral packaging, no logo of any kind, nothing to set up and nothing added inside the parcel. Private label keeps our stock pieces exactly as they are and puts your logo on one of our stock boxes: engraved on the metal plate of the box, or applied to the lid where there is no plate. It starts at 1 box, priced per box plus a $49.99 logo set-up per style (the factory's start-up charge for your logo on that style: once per style, not per box, not waived on a first order), and partners order it on the Custom & private label page of the Partner Portal, where every box is shown with photos in each color. You approve a mockup first, and the boxes are ready 10 to 15 days after approval; they are kept at our Shenzhen warehouse and used to pack your dropship orders, with your own card inside if you send one, or shipped to you. Packaging designed from scratch starts at 1,000 sets and is priced per project. Custom / own design is your own piece, made to your design and logo from one piece, OEM or ODM, with 30 pieces or more of a style priced as a production run; a design developed exclusively for you stays yours.

Yes. Send photos or links of a piece you like, a physical piece, or your own design, plus the metal, stones and sizes; a designer turns it into a 3D CAD model for your approval, first renders 1 to 3 days after payment. The CAD fee depends on the complexity of the piece; we tell you the amount before we start, and partners see the fee range on the Custom & private label page of the Partner Portal. Up to 3 rounds of changes are included, and further rounds are charged per round. The CAD fee is non-refundable; on a production order we can reduce or waive it depending on the order size. A design can be made from one piece: once you approve the CAD, one piece takes about 3 to 4 weeks to make. 30 pieces or more of a design is priced as a production run, which starts with one sample, made in 7 to 10 days, and the run takes 15 to 20 days after you approve the sample. Metals: 925 silver or solid 10K / 14K / 18K gold; stones: moissanite, lab-grown diamond, natural diamond or other natural gemstones. Pieces made to your design are final sale and carry a 360-day craftsmanship warranty.

On made-to-order runs, yes: a laser-marked logo inside the shank at $3 per piece plus a $5 setup. Stock pieces ship as shown; engraving and logo marking are done on custom pieces only.

A design we develop for you stays yours: we do not sell it to other partners or under our own name, and that is written into the quote. The CAD source files of an original design belong to you.

The stock catalog is 925 silver with lab-created moissanite. Lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, solid 10K / 14K / 18K gold and other natural gemstones are custom work only, made to order and quoted per project; a lab-grown diamond stock line is in preparation. We do not stock stainless steel, and we do not use Argentium. Coloured moissanite is custom work too: from one piece, starting with the CAD.

MYNSU INC is a US company based in California; your contract, invoice, payment and support are with a US company. Stock pieces are made by our long-term workshop partner in Guangzhou, China, and custom work by a dedicated custom factory; design, quality control and shipping are handled by us, with no trading company in between, which is why the prices sit where they do.

Once you are a customer, you can apply for a factory audit or a third-party pre-shipment inspection and we arrange it case by case. We do not arrange either before a first order.

We do not show work made for other partners; the same confidentiality protects you. Our own catalog, every style on the price list, is the portfolio, and the custom page describes what we make to order.

Start from what already sells: the Bestsellers collection. Tell us your channel, categories and price band and we shortlist 10 to 15 styles from the Bestsellers. For a new brand, do not bet on one hero piece: order one piece each of two or three, list them, and let your first weeks of orders decide.
