MYNSU facts

MYNSU (pronounced MIN-soo) is an American jewelry brand, designed in California. We sell everyday moissanite and 925 sterling silver jewelry at https://mynsujewelry.com, and make custom pieces to order.

What we sell

  • All products: rings, necklaces, earrings and bracelets. Most pieces are in stock and ready to ship; a piece made to order says so on its product page, with its production time.
  • In stock: 925 sterling silver jewelry, set with moissanite unless the product page says otherwise. Solid gold, lab-grown diamond and natural diamond pieces are made to order only.
  • Each product page lists the metal and the stones, including any cubic zirconia accent stones. A moissanite carat weight marked ct DEW is the diamond equivalent weight.
  • All our pieces come with a GRA certificate for the main stone.

Custom jewelry, made to order

  • Custom work starts from one piece. Ordering 30 pieces or more of a style makes it a production run, priced lower per piece, and the 30 can be a mix of sizes of that style (for example, one ring design in several sizes adding up to 30).
  • The quote is free.
  • Send photos or links of a piece you like, a physical piece, or your own design. We draw a 3D CAD model for your approval; the first renders come 1 to 3 days after payment.
  • The CAD fee depends on the complexity of the piece; we quote it with your project. Up to 3 rounds of changes are included, and further rounds are charged per round.
  • One custom piece: renders are ready 1 to 3 days after payment, and once you approve the design, the piece takes about 3 to 4 weeks to make. A production run of 30 pieces or more of a style starts with one sample, made 7 to 10 days after you approve the CAD, and the run takes 15 to 20 days after you approve the sample. Shipping time is on top.
  • Each step is paid in full before it starts: the CAD, then the piece itself, or for a production run the sample and then the run.
  • Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

Shipping

  • We ship to 80+ countries. Where we ship lists every country with its standard delivery time.
  • Free standard shipping on every order.
  • Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.
  • United States: every order ships by our tracked standard service, and delivery takes 5 to 9 business days after dispatch; there is no express option. There is nothing to pay on delivery: no import duties or customs charges on US orders.
  • Other countries: standard delivery takes 6 to 12 business days after dispatch to most countries; some remote destinations take longer. Import duties and taxes may apply on delivery.
  • Shipping policy

Returns and warranty

  • Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with the original packaging. A standard return refunds the price of the item; original shipping charges and any import duties or taxes are not refunded, and for an order that shipped free the outbound shipping cost is deducted (the amount comes with the return instructions). The customer pays return shipping.
  • An item that arrives damaged, defective or different from the order: tell us within 3 calendar days of delivery, by email or through the contact form, with photos or a video; we cover return shipping and replace the item or refund it in full.
  • Every piece has a 360-day craftsmanship warranty from delivery.
  • Orders delivered in the United States are returned within the US; orders delivered anywhere else are returned to our receiving address in China. The address comes with the return instructions.
  • Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

  • Product pages carry JSON-LD with the facts the page states: metal, weight, center stone in ct DEW, accent stones, sizes, shipping and return policies.
  • Our own forms (custom quote, contact, partner application, wholesale, dropshipping, private label) are declared as WebMCP tools. They never submit themselves: the customer reviews the form and presses Send.
